It all began when I had a craving for some Lihing Mui Lemon Peel Candy, a favorite amongst Hawaii Locals, so I decided to whip up a batch. The intense burst of flavor spurred the idea, “Hey, we should try selling this as a side hustle!”

 

We have had the privilege to share these beloved Hawai'i flavored goodies to people across the USA from Los Angeles to Miami to New York City. We have sent them to Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and as far as Kuwait, Japan, Romania, Australia, Iceland, South Korea, England, New Zealand & Canada!
